An Important Update on Our Pricing and Shipping Policies

This is Lily Llama, CEO of Lily Llama Prints, writing to you today to inform you about upcoming changes to our pricing and shipping policies. As always, we deeply appreciate your continued trust and support. Over the past four years, we have dedicated ourselves to delivering high-quality stickers, labels, and prints at competitive prices. Your unwavering loyalty has made this journey both rewarding and fulfilling.

Unfortunately, the time has come for us to adjust our pricing. This decision was not made lightly, and I want to be completely transparent about why this is necessary.

A significant portion of the materials we use to create our products—from vinyl to specialty inks—are sourced from outside the United States. Over the past year, we have faced rising costs due to global supply chain disruptions, increased shipping expenses, and higher tariffs on imported materials. Despite our best efforts to absorb these costs without impacting our customers, the continued rise in expenses has reached a point where we can no longer sustain our current pricing structure.

We’re committed to ensuring this change is as minimal as possible, and we’ll continue to offer the same level of quality and lightning-fast shipping that you’ve come to expect from Lily Llama Prints. Unlike other companies, especially larger competitors like the big mule, which can take up to four days just to print your order, we remain the only sticker company that prints and ships your order the very next day. However, we will also be moving away from offering free shipping on orders under $35, as it has become unsustainable with rising costs.

Please know that this decision was driven by a desire to maintain the standards you love while keeping our business strong for years to come. Your satisfaction is and always will be our top priority.
