When you approve your proof by 5 PM EST, we’ll print and ship your order the very next business day! 🚀 Just a heads-up: we’re closed on weekends and holidays, so be sure to plan around those for the fastest shipping possible. 🦙📦
Sadly, no international adventures for our stickers just yet! 🦙✈️ We currently only ship within the U.S., but who knows—maybe one day our llamas will go global!
Absolutely! 🚀 You can select Speedy UPS shipping at checkout to get your order even faster. Your stickers will be on their way in no time! 🦙✨
We totally understand how frustrating this can be! While we don’t have control over USPS or UPS once your order is shipped, we’re here to help. If your package seems lost in transit, let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to assist and get your stickers to you as soon as possible! 🦙📦✨
Oops! It happens! 🦙✨ If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, you can update your shipping address right in your account. However, if the order is already in production or has been mailed, we won’t be able to make changes, and you would need to place a new order with the correct address. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re here to help!
Since each sticker is custom-made just for you, we don’t offer exchanges. 🦙✨ But we’re confident you’ll love them! If there’s an issue with your order, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Because each order is 100% custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we can't refund or remake your order if you decide you don’t want it anymore, ordered the wrong size, if it was damaged during shipping, or if you prefer a different product. If there’s a quality issue, though, reach out—we’re happy to help! 🦙✨
If there’s a quality issue with your order, no worries! 🦙✨ Just send us a picture of the problem within 72 hours of receiving your items, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Once your proof is approved, we’re off to the races! 🦙💨 No cancellations are allowed after that point, as we’ve already started bringing your custom order to life.
Our minimum order for stickers is 50. 🦙✨ We want to make sure you’ve got plenty of sticker magic to go around!
No problem! As long as your order hasn’t gone into production yet, you can place a new order for the larger or smaller size, and we’ll cancel your current one. 🦙✨ Let us know if you need any help!
Nope! All of our stickers are made from premium weatherproof vinyl. They’re scratch and sun-resistant, so they’re built to last—rain or shine! 💧☀️✨
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer design services. 🦙✨ However, if you’ve already got your awesome artwork ready, we’d love to bring it to life with our premium printing!
If your order has any copyright concerns, we’ll have to hit the brakes! 🛑 Any designs deemed to violate copyright will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund. We take intellectual property rights seriously to keep things fun and fair for everyone! 🦙✨
